Female clients · By appointment · Strictly platonic
Restorative touch and sound bath serenity, held with care.
I'm a professional practitioner offering cuddle therapy and sound bath therapy for female clients — and I bring it all to you. Every session takes place at your location: your home, hotel, or another private space where you can rest, be nurtured, and feel completely safe. Every session is consent-based, clearly boundaried, and entirely non-sexual. And I've kept my pricing gentle on purpose, because care like this shouldn't be a luxury. I serve the Sarasota, Florida area and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities.
Come exactly as you are and let yourself sink into calm. A cuddle therapy session is slow, nurturing, platonic touch — hand-holding, hair-stroking, simply being held — shaped entirely around what feels good and safe to you. Wanting rest is reason enough.
Lie back, fully clothed, and let resonant sound wash over you: crystal singing bowls, a deep gong, tuning forks, and chimes played slowly until your whole body lets go. A cleansing of tension, noise, and the weight of the week — no water, no effort, just listening.
Care this personal shouldn't be out of reach. I keep my pricing honest and accessible on purpose — what I call affordable luxury: real, unhurried attention from someone who is fully present, at a price that respects your life and your wallet.
Every experience includes the same foundation: we begin with conversation; touch waits until you're ready. I set up a calm, clean environment in your own space — fresh linens, warm light, and quiet, or the gentle tones of the singing bowls if you prefer. You tell me what feels safe and what doesn't, and we shape the session around you. When we finish, there is no rush to leave: time to rest, gather yourself, and head back into your day feeling genuinely cared for.
Cuddle Therapy — slow, nurturing platonic touch: hand-holding, hair-stroking, simply being held. Time enough to settle in, soften, and rest without watching the clock.
Sound Baths — resonant frequencies that wash over you: crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes easing your nervous system into deep rest, then quiet time to return slowly.
You book the time and choose the experience — 1 hour for $100, 2 hours for $150 — cuddle therapy, sound baths, or a blend of both. Every price is exactly what you see.
Soft towels, fresh eucalyptus, gentle light — the small comforts are always ready for you.
Every price is exactly what you see. If you're unsure which experience fits, ask me and we'll find the right one together.
My work comes in two services, and both are built the same way: we begin with conversation, and touch waits until you're ready; you set the boundaries; and everything unfolds at your pace. Each session is private, one-on-one, and completely confidential.
Cuddle therapy is slow, nurturing, platonic touch — hand-holding, hair-stroking, simply being held — shaped entirely around what feels good and safe to you: a gentle first session, and a standing appointment women come back for.
Sound baths are deep rest through resonant sound: you lie back fully clothed while crystal singing bowls, a gong, and chimes wash over you in slow waves — quieting the mind, slowing the breath, and cleansing away tension without water or effort.

Wanting kind, safe touch is one of the most studied human needs there is — and the research keeps arriving at the same place: touch calms the body, steadies the mind, and supports health in ways that can be measured.
Start with stress. In a study of women facing acute stress, a partner's embrace significantly reduced cortisol, the body's main stress hormone — and a shoulder massage calmed heart rate and cortisol more than comforting words alone. Affectionate touch is also linked to higher oxytocin, the bonding hormone, alongside reduced cortisol and reduced stress in daily life. (PLOS ONE) (opens in a new tab)(eLife, 2023) (opens in a new tab)
The effects reach further than a single moment. People who experience more affectionate touch in daily life report significantly higher happiness and reduced stress as a lasting pattern. Researchers call the ache for touch “skin hunger,” and it is closely tied to loneliness, anxiety, and reduced quality of life — in one experiment, being touched reduced lonely adults' feelings of neglect until they matched those of people in relationships. Being held reminds the body that it is not alone. (Int. J. Environ. Res. Public Health, 2023) (opens in a new tab)
A large 2024 meta-analysis in Nature Human Behaviour pulled the evidence together: touch interventions benefit both physical and mental health in healthy people — improving blood pressure, heart rate, and pain — and for adults, knowing the person touching you made no difference to the benefits. The calm comes from the touch itself, given with care and consent. (Nature Human Behaviour, 2024) (opens in a new tab)
Sound carries its own quiet evidence. During a sound bath, the brain's activity shifts from busy waking rhythms toward the slower patterns of meditation and deep rest — heart rate and blood pressure ease down, and breathing deepens on its own. Early studies suggest sessions can ease tension and lift mood, and people who attend regularly often report sleeping better. The research is still young, but the experience speaks plainly: an hour of beautiful sound leaves the nervous system quieter than it found it. Many of us go weeks without kind, safe touch. Science shows that longing for touch is tied to stress, loneliness, and reduced well-being — and that affectionate touch can measurably calm the body's stress response.
Burnout, caregiving, grief, hard seasons — or simply a life that doesn't stop. Healing frequencies, caring hands, and unhurried time have real effects on tension, sleep, and mood.
Sometimes the reason is just: you deserve to be looked after for a little while. No justification needed. My prices are kept accessible because rest shouldn't be a luxury.
Trust is earned, and I take that seriously. When you place your rest in my hands, you deserve to know exactly how I hold it.
Every session is private and one-on-one — just you and me, with no interruptions and no one else around. I work exclusively with women, and that choice shapes everything: the space, the tone, and the care.
Before anything begins, we put boundaries and consent in writing. You know exactly what a session includes and what it does not. Consent is revisited every single time: I check in at the start of each session, and I stop the moment you want something to change. Your word is final, always.
Everything you share and everything that happens in your session stays between us. Complete confidentiality, no exceptions. Client names stay with me, and one client's session is not discussed with another. Your privacy is guarded as carefully as your comfort.
Your own space becomes part of the promise: I arrive with fresh linens for every session and prepare a calm, private environment — warm light, quiet, everything handled — so you can let your guard down right where you are.
And I bring a calm, steady male presence to your space — strength you can lean on. Strength expressed as gentleness: I hold the space steady so you can set yours down for a while.
Settle in — everything prepared in your own space.
