Questions
Ask Us Anything
These are the questions women ask me most before their first session — about safety, privacy, what actually happens, and how it all works. Read through at your own pace. And if something on your mind isn't answered here, you don't have to wonder: just call, text, or email me. I answer every question personally, and no question is ever too small or too shy.
Is this a sexual service?
No. Everything I offer is strictly platonic and non-sexual, and we agree that in writing before your first session. Cuddle sessions and sound baths are fully clothed and deeply restful. If anything ever crossed into sexual territory, the session would end immediately with no refund. This boundary protects both of us, and it stands firm — always.
Who is this for?
Women aged 18 and over who need calm, comfort, and nurturing platonic care. Some of my clients are touch-starved or burned out; some are moving through a hard season; some simply want dedicated time to rest and be looked after. A short consultation before your first session helps us both feel sure it is a good fit.
Where do sessions take place?
Services are provided in the comfort and security of your own home, hotel, or other accommodation — I come to you. Sessions happen in your own home, hotel, or another private space you choose, anywhere in the Sarasota area and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities. I don't keep an office yet, so there is no location for you to visit. For sound bath sessions, I bring everything needed — the singing bowls, the gong, chimes, blankets, cushions, and candles — and create a calm, private listening space right inside your own home. You don't prepare a thing.
How is this different from therapy or massage?
It's a different kind of care entirely. I'm not a psychologist or a licensed massage therapist — I don't diagnose, treat conditions, or do clinical bodywork. What I offer is professional platonic cuddle therapy and professional sound bath therapy: nurturing, consent-based care for rejuvenation, relaxation, and well-being.
Do I have to be touch-starved or going through something hard to come?
Not at all. Plenty of my clients are doing just fine and simply want dedicated time to be cared for. Wanting rest is reason enough — rest needs no justification.
Is it affordable?
I've kept my pricing deliberately accessible, because care like this shouldn't be a luxury. You book the time: $100 for one hour or $150 for two hours — cuddle therapy, sound baths, or a blend of both. Your first visit always begins with a free 15-minute consultation. If cost is ever a worry, talk to me — we'll figure something out.
I'm shy about my body — is this for me?
It is common to feel nervous before a first session, and we plan for it. Sound bath sessions are fully clothed — you simply lie back under a soft blanket and listen. Cuddle sessions are fully clothed too, and you direct everything. We go at your pace, always.
What actually happens during a sound bath session?
I arrive at your home or hotel and set up everything first — the bowls, the gong, chimes, blankets, and candles — while you settle in. Then you lie back, fully clothed, close your eyes, and listen. The session opens with a few soft tones, then builds in unhurried waves: crystal bowls ringing one into another, the gong's deep resonance rolling through the room, chimes brightening the air. It closes gently, with a few minutes of pure quiet before you return slowly. No water, no effort, nothing to get right.
Do I need any experience with meditation?
None at all. A sound bath is sometimes called a shortcut to meditation because the sound does the work for you — there is no technique to learn and nothing to concentrate on. If your mind rarely stops, this can be an easier way in than silent meditation.
What if I feel nervous or uncomfortable?
That is completely okay. We start with conversation; touch waits until you are ready. You set the pace, you choose everything, and you can pause, change your mind, or end the session at any time. There is no pressure — ever.
How do sessions begin?
Every new client starts with a free 15-minute consultation call, then a written boundaries and consent agreement. It might sound formal, but it means that by the time your session begins, everything is already agreed — and you can simply relax.
Can I gift a session to someone?
Yes — and there is a dedicated page for it now. Gift certificates make a thoughtful gift for a spouse, a family member, or anyone who could use some care: a 1-hour session of any service for $75, or a 2-hour session of any service for $125. You reach out to me directly and we arrange it together — then she contacts me to schedule her session. The recipient still gets the free consultation and goes through the same boundaries agreement, so everything stays safe and clear for both of us.
How do I schedule a session?
Simply call, text, or email me — you'll find my details at the bottom of every page. Tell me a little about what you're hoping for, and we'll find a time together. Every new client starts with a free 15-minute consultation call, so we can both feel sure it's a good fit before anything is scheduled.
What should I expect at my first visit?
A warm welcome, for a start. We begin with unhurried conversation — introductions and time for you to settle in and ask anything. Then we revisit your boundaries and consent agreement together, so everything is agreed before anything begins. The session itself moves entirely at your pace: you choose what feels right, and you can pause or change your mind at any moment. We close gently — no rushing, no abrupt endings — and there's time afterward to rest, gather yourself, and head back out into your day feeling cared for.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final and no refunds are given. If you need to move your session, you can reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the payment. You can read the full booking policy on this site — please read it before you schedule.
