Booking policy
All Sales Final — No Refunds
This page sets out the booking terms in plain language. Please read it before you send a booking request — booking a session means you agree to these terms.
Payment in advance.
Every session is paid in full when you book. Your time is reserved for you alone, and payment confirms that reservation.
All sales are final.
Once a session is booked and paid, the sale is final. No refunds are given, for any reason.
Rescheduling.
Life happens. You may reschedule your session one time, as long as you give at least 24 hours notice before your appointment.
Late changes and no-shows.
Changes made with less than 24 hours notice cannot be rescheduled, and the payment is forfeited. If you are not available when I arrive for your session, the payment is forfeited.
Sessions that end early.
If you choose to end your session early, the session is complete and no refund is given. If a session is ended because a boundary was crossed, no refund is given.
Gift sessions.
Gifted sessions follow these same terms. The person who booked the gift is responsible for sharing this policy with the recipient.
