Sound Baths

Bathed in sound, not water

There is no water involved — you stay warm, dry, and fully clothed. Instead, you lie back and let waves of resonant sound wash over you: crystal singing bowls, a deep gong, tuning forks, and chimes, played slowly and deliberately until your whole body lets go. It is a cleansing of a different kind — not of the skin, but of tension, noise, and the weight of the week.

How it begins

Your sound bath session, from the first minute

I come to your home, hotel, or chosen private space — I don't keep an office. Services are provided in the comfort and security of your own home, hotel, or other accommodation. I arrive with everything needed: the singing bowls, the gong, chimes, and tuning forks, plus blankets, cushions, and candles. I set up a calm listening space in your own room — low light, comfortable padding to lie on, a soft blanket over you, everything within reach. Nothing is rushed; you can take all the time you need to settle in.

When you are ready, you simply lie back, close your eyes, and listen. There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, nothing to get right. The session opens gently — a few soft tones to let your breathing slow — and then the sound builds in unhurried waves: bowls ringing one into another, the gong's deep resonance rolling through the room, chimes brightening the air above you. You stay fully clothed and completely at ease throughout.

The gong's deep resonance — felt in the chest as much as heard.

As the sound washes over you, something shifts. The thinking mind quiets — there is simply too much beauty in the sound to keep planning, worrying, rehearsing. Breathing deepens on its own. Many women describe it as the fastest they have ever reached a meditative state: no technique to learn, no effort required, just listening.

The session closes as gently as it opened — the instruments falling silent one by one, a few minutes of pure quiet, and then time to return slowly. No abrupt endings, no rushing back into the day. You set the pace for the whole visit, including how much quiet you want afterward.

The instruments

Every tone, chosen with care

Crystal singing bowls

Pure quartz bowls, each ringing a clear sustained note. Their tones layer into harmonies that seem to hang in the air — the heart of the session, washing over you in slow, overlapping waves.

The gong

Deep, rolling resonance you feel in your chest as much as hear. The gong's complex overtones give the thinking mind nowhere to land — many people find it carries them deepest into rest.

Tuning forks & chimes

Bright, precise tones that lift and clarify — played near the end of the session to gently bring you back, like light returning to a room.

Stillness, arranged — every detail held so you can let go.

A cleansing of tension

Unlike a water bath, a sound bath cleanses without touch or water: resonant frequencies ease the nervous system out of fight-or-flight, slow the heart rate, and deepen the breath. Women often leave feeling rinsed clear — lighter, quieter, reset.

Fully clothed, fully private

This is a private, professional service in your own space. You remain fully clothed under a soft blanket throughout, nothing happens without your clear yes, and you direct everything. It is common for clients to arrive carrying the week and leave it behind.

Trust

You are in steady hands

I keep my sessions completely private — always. This service is reserved for female clients, and before anything begins, we go through a written boundaries agreement together, so every line is clear on paper first. You direct everything: what happens, the pace it happens at, and how quiet the room stays. I hold the space steady, and every boundary you draw is honored in full. You are safe to relax all the way — that is the entire point.

Everything about this service is designed to protect your privacy — your session happens in your own home or hotel with no one else around, and nothing about your visit is ever discussed with anyone. What happens in your session stays between us.
